I recently called this endodontics office to inquire about scheduling an appointment, and I was extremely disappointed with the experience. The receptionist came across as arrogant and uninterested, as if my call was an inconvenience. It felt like they didn’t care whether I booked an appointment or not. As a new patient, I expected a basic level of courtesy and professionalism, but unfortunately, that was not the case. If this office hopes to grow and attract more clients, I sincerely hope the management will consider training their front desk staff on proper customer service. First impressions matter... and this one was poor. Edit for response: I attached a photo of your phone number I called using my work phone for proof. Your clinic was referred by my Doctor and gave me your number to make an appointment. It was not a different clinic, it was your clinic with a rude front desk staff.

My son was in major need of a root canal. All other places were trying to schedule him out three weeks out. Valley Endodontics saw my sons ex rays and got him in the very next day. I’m so thankful on how fast it was. The office was clean.

Needed a root canal done asap. They were able to fit me in right away and with an early 6:45am appointment, I was so glad! And thank you so much! Procedure went great and I didn't feel any pain. I even went to work right after my appointment. This is my second root canal here and I would definitely recommend to anyone needing a painless root canal.

The best dental experience I've had is here getting my first root canal I was in a lot of pain leading up to my appointment and was nervous about getting a root canal but Dr. Tran and his staff took such good care of me. Treatment went by so smooth and precise. I didn't feel pain during the root canal and btw Dr. will make you laugh during treatment. Front desk was amazing Sandra was so nice with all of my concerns, especially helping me deal with my pain and the pharmacy. All of the staff is just so professional and helpful. I'm also glad I got the 3D x-ray, Dr. Tran showed me I have an extra canal that had to be cleaned and filled. The dentist that was going to do my root canal unfortunately didn't have that technology. Dr. Tran is really skilled at his profession. The day after the procedure I felt nothing but relief I finally didn't need pain meds and the pressure on my cheek bone was gone too. Thank you Dr. Tran 🙌

If you are in need of a root canal- look no further! Dr Tran is AMAZING! He made me feel at ease by walking me through the process as he moved through each step of the procedure. The procedure itself was painless, I actually can say I prefer his root canal over a cavity filling from my primary dentist! He also got me out pretty quick! I think from the moment he sat down to the moment I walked out was 35-40 minutes. I can’t give this office and Dr Tran enough stars. I’m so happy I was sent to them by my primary dentist. YouTube and dr google is far from the actual experience you will receive from this amazing office and staff!
